We have LOTS OF FUN planned...but not quite yet! Our party with the band Wasabi is being delayed. The band is currently disbanded but some members are reforming another band...So Stay Tuned! Here are some ways you can help now. RSVP for events. It will be great seeing you! Contribute money, it is needed to Retire the Debt from the 2006 winning campaign and in the future we will start fundraising for the City Council Nov. 2010 re-election campaign! Endorse me for City Council 2010 Re- Election. Please send the exact way you would like your name to appear at the top of your message! Volunteer your home or other location for a Discussion with the Councilwoman party or gathering! Later volunteer for a few hours at one of our phonebanks! ...Past Events... Join Veronica Jacobi and Norman Solomon for a discussion on Optimally Effective Activism & The Good War on Climate Change! Saturday, May 24th, 2008 6 – 7 PM Incredible food plus wine, beer and other beverages & Music, Raffle & Silent Auction... Followed by a non-campaign event you are also welcome to join...Announcement below. Send the "Support Our Local Do Good Groups" info on to your favorite non - profits and offer to help them sign up for our next event. The maximum donation per person is $500. However, any size donation is helpful in getting information out to voters and paying off campaign debt, and is greatly appreciated! For amounts $100 or over we need your address including zip code, occupation, and employer's name for reporting purposes. We also greatly appreciate volunteer help, and silent auction donations from yourself or local businesses and service providers. Please also bid on Silent Auction items: Treasures from local artists, businesses and individuals, delicious dining and more.
Endorsements are also very helpful. We would be happy to e-mail or send you a form. Please let us know if you are willing to help with any of the following: Host a house party, arrange for Veronica to speak at a meeting or gathering, put up a yard or window sign, table, precinct walk, phone bank, or help in any aspect of the campaign. Please let us know what you like to do, and share your ideas and special skills.
